               What a night we had at the 3rd #ADULTCONVO Happy Hour on February 25 at ISLAND CAFE. It was a night filled with meeting and greeting, laughing and dancing and if you blinked to long you would’ve missed the TOE to MOUTH demonstration from MRWONDERFUL to the lovely TASHA . Don’t worry we got that on camera. We were treated to an Island meal courtesy of our Island Café family and drinks made by the ever so lovely and thick MEKA. The DJ warmed us up with some of our favorite jams and you could almost see beneath the floor as DAVID BANNER was doing his thing on the dancing the night away. Once everyone was comfortable and in the groove AC ADMINS kicked off the dance contest to “Drop it low” and TERI ANN and FLYGIRL brought their “A” game as they dipped it low and brought it back along with AC ADMIN MS QUEENIAM . Looking around the room there were so many beautiful AC members and guests. NANETTE and her “twins” were sighted as soon as she walked through the door with her gorgeous smile and beaming personality. You could find her and her best friend T at the bar mingling and indulging in fun conversation.


                   Just as you thought PRESTON was in the building to stay he was MIA for what he calls “Real Adult Convo”, his presence was felt even after he was gone. NEPHEW arrived dressed in all black and when CANDY signed him in she told him to write his name and something no one knows about him on his name tag… he simply wrote “sensitive”.  After that you could catch him listening to the sounds of AC ADMIN CARMEN DIOR’s “midgets” that were strategically placed in her back pockets. ANGIE joined the party straight from work and even in her work clothes she was yet again another life of the party. The photographer, D-CITY made his way around the room capturing the action as we explored some of the most memorable moments of the night.


                    They say “better late than never”, and “better” she was not but AC ADMIN and FOUNDER CARIBGEM snuck in incognito wearing her scarf, glasses and coat disguise. She had been sick but was determined not to let that stop her from being present at her successful event. Next time you see the photographer you might want to thank him for capturing her “best kept secret” in one of the ADMIN group pics.


PHENOX ARSON, HOLLYWOOD and DIABLOSLIM represented FREIGHT TRAIN RECORDS, and they did so in the sexiest way. Speaking of “sexy”, AC voted…AC’s sexiest man STEVE ROY from SUTTLE THOUGHTS was in the spot making his way around the room to star in some of the sexiest and erotic pics of the night such as “The CHOKE OF CELIBACY” photo where he posed with MS QUEENIAM .


          “What’s LOVE got to do with it? “, AC ADMIN LIVE WIRE lit up the rear of the room in the most amazing tights of the night. She was in her zone dancing to a few of her favorite Island jams and was last heard saying “OW OW OW” as she partied hard. INSIGHT, also an AC ADMIN, received the best hugs of the night and was spotted wearing the biggest smile of the night and happily sipping a Corona.

          TY GRR got her groove on and showed off her bottom thickness as well. She thought no one would notice but once again the photographer was on point. She made her way back and forth across the room taking photos with AC members and being the smart, beautiful woman we all love.


          Our AC family loves us so much they even show up tired, ROY TREY , was caught on cam “resting his eyes” and he just wants to let everyone know that he was just looking at his shoe. Take a look at the picture, you be the judge.

            TEE graced us with her presence with that bubbly personality we all know and adore. She was caught whipping her hair back and forth on the dance floor while backing it up on another AC member. If you didn’t know that AC was the BOMB you would have if you came to party with us! Even Superman came! WILLIAM W. photographed well holding both TERI-ANN & VICKI LEE with the least bit of struggle. D. FLOYD was caught with his tongue out and NICOLE M. was its target as she posed for a picture. “The cameras, the cameras”, he laughed when he saw this pic the next day.


DEEASIA of “The Chinese Crew” was spotted laughing and drinking ZOMBIES until they were chinky-eyed. HOTTEYEZ was on the Toe Licking list but thankfully escaped from the grip of the TOE LICKER. JAMIL ASSAD was the young bait making his way around in search of the gorgeous cougars of the AC group. He also posed in some sexy pics of the night.

Was it just us? Or does ROBYN M. have a great smile, as seen in a few pictures mingling with other members. She seemed to be enjoying the ambiance of the night. ALICIA ALIKAT does what she does and she says she does it well; she gave us a sexy, visual lesson of what Fellacio 101 looks like at its best.

Dreaming that simple dream. Falling off of a building, car crashes, predators in the night, having intimacy, walking along a beach. What does this mean? There are many theories by "professionals" who say : FALLING OFF OF A BUILDING MEANS YOU'RE AFRAID TO DIE. Seriously? This is the person OUTSIDE of your mind at that time. When you ask someone if they're afraid to die, how could you possibly know they were telling the truth? You can't. Impossible. I can think of twenty thousand things right now myself.

When you're dreaming at night, did you eat a monstrous meal, such as: A Sub sandwich, a salad, a plate of ham hocks with cornbread, greens, mac cheese, yams, and BBQ Chicken? I bet that sounds yummy huh? Who could resist such a meal? I know I couldn't. If I know that this is going to give me heartburn when I lie down for the night....well I may take a chance and I may not. It may give me nightmares of running chickens and little pieces of corn chasing me for bread. Oh well .. who knows. I dream of Ice Cream and chocolate swirls and sprinkles with mango chips dancing in circles over my head and then I fall out of my bed trying to chase the one that got away ..... Ironic huh? Guess I'm afraid of ICE CREAM!! (who thinks of this crap?) The ones that charge you $10,000.00 to spend the night on a hard bed with wires attached to your head and chest ...... WELL YOU CAN LAY ON MY BED FOR $10,000.00 AND I'LL TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR!

To Protect or Not Protect

Mutual feelings of the heart can be a bit overwhelming at times. Looking closely at your relationships with different people and not necessarily with someone you may have had an intimate encounter with. This can even be a family member or a child. Have you taken a moment to sit back and measure the amount of quality, invested time into these individuals? It's not easy when it comes to being hurt. They say the ones that hurt you the most are those closest to you. Would you agree?

In any event, we know who and how we love someone. It's a matter of understanding how we do it. At some point in time, take a look at the people you surround yourself around and evaluate the situation. Look in the mirror and ask yourself serious and not so serious questions about your personal entourage. Are they helping or using? Do they really mean to do it or not? In my opinion... people only do what you allow them to do. People do what they are going to do. It's the life in the big city baby. Evaluation helps in the process of elimination.
